  • What are the dimensions of a Tabobine photo booth?
    Our booth is 140 cm wide, 232 cm high and 80 cm deep.
  • Can the photo booth be installed outdoors?
    Yes, the booth can be installed outdoors! We simply equip it with a specific roof to protect it from the weather.
  • Does the photo booth require an electrical access/an internet connection?
    Yes, to function properly the Tabobine booth must be connected to a standard mains socket, and have access to an internet connection (wifi or mobile).
  • Who changes the paper in the photo booth?
    You don't have to worry about ANYTHING regarding the booth! Our technical team ensures the maintenance and change of the paper, even before the stocks run out! This is our speciality, reliability and responsiveness are our watchwords.

  • How do I customise the photos?
    The personalisation of photos is done in a few clicks from the partner platform, to which we give you access.

  • Is it possible to customise my booth?
    It is possible to customise the posters in the booth as well as the visuals of the photos, talk to your TABOBINE contact!
  • I want to upload a photo but my code doesn't work
    Make sure you haven't mixed up characters (0 or o, i or L, l or 1). If the code still doesn't work, send us a message from our contact form so we can help you as soon as possible.
  • I had a problem with printing a photo, what should I do?
    We are here to help you! Whether you are a partner or an individual, send us a message via our contact form, specifying the place and date your photo was taken. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Can I pay in cash in the booth?
    Some of our booths are equipped with coin machines, but most of them offer payment by credit card (contactless payments and Apple Pay are possible).
  • Can I rent a photo booth in the region/outside Paris for my event?
    Our booths can be installed anywhere in France and Europe for long periods of time.
    For one-off rentals, our booths are only available for rent in Paris and within a 20 km radius.
  • Is there an alternative to renting a photo booth?
    We offer the rental of a vintage photo terminal, which is smaller than our iconic booth.

  • How many email addresses are sent with the booth on average each month?
    More than half of the photos taken in the booth are downloaded with GDPR-compliant email addresses!
    The number of addresses depends on the monthly traffic in your establishment.
